Returns Policy

 

We accept returns on full-price merchandise that is unused in the original packaging and has a return request made within 15 days from when your order is delivered. Please note items purchased with any type of discount are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

All orders placed on Dulmeri.com can be returned physically to our warehouse in Switzerland.

All items must be returned in perfect condition, unused, and with the original packaging( including boxes and dust bags) with tags still attached.

We are unable to offer an exchange or return on items that are deemed damaged/scratched, worn, or not in their original packaging.

Any merchandise returned after the prescribed timeframe shall be refused and returned to the sender. Whatever the reason, the costs and risks about the return of merchandise are borne by the sender.

The customer shall not have to justify the reasons or pay penalties, except for return cost and all potential customs duties.

Dulmeri cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage to the merchandise. And also, merchandise for which the customer’s identification (surname, first name, address, and return code )is not possible shall be refused.

On receipt of the merchandise returned by the customer, the customer service shall send a confirmation of receipt of the product by e-mail.

 

Refund Policy

 

Pack your merchandise in the original shipping box, make sure that is exactly the way you received . Place the provided return shipping label on the box, and we organize a pick up for you with UPS.

Please note that you will bear the cost of return shipping, equivalent to your original shipping cost, deducted from your refund.

Once we have received your return safe. Refunds will be credited to the original purchaser's method of payment. Refunds will also be set at the price you paid not, the price in the currency concerned at the date of refund.


If the item which you are returning was purchased in a currency other than your local currency, any refund will be paid in the same currency as purchased. Due to price conversion and bank commissions, the amount refunded may be higher or lower than the original price paid.


On receipt of a return, we will process the refund as soon as possible. We estimate that refunds will be made by the provider of your payment method within 7-10 working days.

Working days are Monday to Friday excluding, Switzerland's public holidays.

Once your refund has been processed, a refund confirmation will be sent to the email address provided at checking out. Your financial institution may require additional time to process the refund to your account.

Please keep your shipping note until you have received your refund.


Exchanges Policy

 

If you are interested in a different style or colour, please return your items to us and simply purchase the new piece separately at dulmeri.com .

Once we receive your return item we will make the refund straight way.

 

Order Cancellations

 

If you would like to cancel or change the order, please, contact us immediately by customersupport@dulmeri.com.

Once accepted, the payment will be refunded into your account which, may take up to 7-10 business days.

Please note, we are unable to combine orders, change style or colour, edit your billing\ shipping details or add pieces to an existing order once it has been placed.

Additionally, we may not change the order once the product has already been shipped.

 

Quality Guarantee

 

If the item received classified as faulty and was received damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt.

 

Product Guarantee

 

Every purchase of a Dulmeri product comes with a 6 months guarantee.

During the first 6 months after purchase, example : if you have any type of inconvenience with your Dulmeri bag when it touch to the craftsmanship, we are more then happy to help.

You just need to make a claim and sent to our email customersupport@dulmeri.com and everything will be free of charge.

After the first 6 months, we are always happy to help you, but will be in charge of the customer side, any type of cost.
