We offer free shipping on orders above 600 euros

Delivery times are provided as guidelines only and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and\or stock availability and\or customs delays. All orders are fully traceable through UPS.com 

Orders placed before 2 pm (CEST) will be shipped the day after. A large number of orders can result in longer delivery times.

All orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery.

UPS usually operates between 9 am - 7 pm on business days.

You can specify an alternate daytime delivery address when ordering, for example, your work address.






Tracking order

 

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. You also can log into your DULMERI account to check on your order status at any time,

Taxes & Duties

 

DULMERI products are expressed in Euros inclusive of taxes but excluding customs duties.

For all orders outside of the EU all applicable duties shall be borne by the customer. Unfortunately, we can not estimate how much duties you will pay, but your local customs should be able to estimate the price.

DULMERI can not be held responsible for any action and\ or cost and\or taxes and\or delays due to customs over which has no control.

 

Refuse Shipments

 

If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs or any duties\taxes incurred. We advise you to review your order prior to shipment.
